Breast milk is the gold standard in nutrition for our babies. Mother’s milk contains antibodies when the mother or baby is ill and evidence tells us that children won’t get sick as often if they are breast fed. For formula fed babies we will discuss bottle feeding safety, making sense of formulas and our babies nutritional needs.
